We offer transparent pricing to help you plan with confidence. Our rental fees are based on the season, ensuring you receive the best value for your special day.
Venue Investment
Prime Season (May, June, August, September, October))
$3,500 for full weekend rental
Regular Season (January, February, March, April, July, November, December)
$3,000 for full weekend rental
Holiday Weekend Surcharge: $500 (Applies to events scheduled on or near major holidays)

Booking Options
Prime Rate: $795 (booked 90 days out)
Off-Peak Rate: $495 (booked 120 days out)
Capacity & Time Blocks
For groups of 60–80 people
Includes 5-hour rental (setup and cleanup included)
Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only
Morning: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, or 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Deposits
Prime Rate Deposit: $200 (non-refundable)
Off-Peak Deposit: $150 (non-refundable)
